Our Application & Document Checklist
The completed application form can either be submitted directly to the school office during working hours or emailed to our admissions team. We encourage parents to review the requirements carefully before submission. Our team will confirm receipt of your application and guide you on the next steps in the process.
Required Documents
- Certified Copy of Child's Birth Certificate
- Parent or Guardian's ID
- Proof of Residence (municipal bill or affidavit)
- Last Report Card (if transferring from another school)
- Any Medical Documentation (Any conditions school needs to be made aware of)
Application Process
As a public school, we follow the Department of Basic Education’s admissions guidelines, and government support is available in the form of fee exemptions or subsidies for qualifying learners.
